The Heard Museum of McKinney will hold its fourth annual Holiday Trail of Lights this weekend, Dec. 14-15 from 6:30-9 p.m. each evening and tickets can be purchased online or at the door.
The trail will feature thousands of lights, many synchronized to music, and an option to visit Father Christmas and Mother Nature.
“Holiday Trail of Lights is a great way to jump start your holiday spirit,” Heard Marketing and Communications Director Stephanie Jennings said. “It’s the most unique holiday lighting display in North Texas.”
The display runs along a half-mile Heard nature trail and proceeds support the Heard, which is a private nonprofit organization.
“This event provides a great opportunity to introduce members of the community who are unfamiliar with the Heard to our museum and sanctuary.
