At last friday’s meet, 46 swimmers recorded their best times, and the McKinney Lions won the Sig Lawson Invitational.
The boys team won with a total of 140 points over rival McKinney North, with 100 points.
However, the Lionnettes fell short of first place, coming in second to Prosper.
The teams compete again tonight at Allen at 6 p.m.

The boys golf team placed fourth at Robson Ranch in Denton with a total team score of 394.
The 0-7 Lions varsity football team faces off against the JJ Pearce Mustangs for senior night tomorrow at 7:30 p.m. at Ron Poe Stadium.
