McKinney ISD is all about empowering educators to become leaders. The McKinney ISD Leadership Academy is doing just that and it has opened many opportunities for many educators to take on leadership positions. Shelly Spaulding, the academy facilitator told us what the purpose of the academy was and we spoke to an educator who has hopes to be an administrator and what she hopes to get from being apart of this academy.
