On April 20th, the city of Frisco hosted a festival in the city’s downtown district celebrating the other “Meals on Wheels”: Food Trucks. Fourteen of these mobile restaurants arrived at the festival serving everything from Cajun to Asian food, and barbecue to cakes. The trucks at the festival were accompanied by a classic car show and live performances by bands, including McKinney High’s own “The Klanks,” as well as around 8,000 hungry visitors.
