Homecoming voting will be this week during all lunches.

Wednesday and Thursday the voting will begin for the prince and princess of athletics, fine arts, clubs, beau/sweetheart, and king and queen during all lunches. Wednesday and Thursday strictly seniors can vote.

“On Tuesday during third period teachers will pass out paper ballots for everyone to vote on king and queen,” student council president Tatiana Marquis said.

Computer voting cannot be used because the software was lost when the laptops were switched to the new logins.

Instead of student council counting the votes parents will do it.

“The R.O.A.R committee chair counts the votes with sponsor Mr. Jeff Jacobsen’s supervision,” Marquis said. “ It’s not going to be seniors (sitting at the voting tables) this year so that we can prevent biased votes; we have parents at the tables, and they are parents of juniors so that they can’t campaign for their kids.”
